Michael Bayer Speaker, Humourist, Magician

Michael Bayer, the Vice President, Training and Educational Services at Custom Learning Systems, is an internationally recognized speaker, humorist, author and magician.

Dubbed “The Info-tainer” because of his high-energy style, which ranges from the inspirational to the irreverent, Michael delivers provocative, engaging presentations as a keynote speaker and facilitator.

He works with clients, helping them become the provider and employer of choice within their industries. Combining magic and humour, he delivers his message of culture change and empowerment, in a unique and memorable way.

Michael was a finalist in the 1998 World Championship of Public Speaking. He is a member of The Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, The Canadian Association for Therapeutic Humour, The Society of American Magicians and Toastmasters International.

He is a University of Winnipeg graduate, holding Bachelors Degrees in both Arts and Science. A believer in life long learning, Michael is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at California Coast University.
