Health Care module measures nine personality characteristics related to positive job performance and a customer service orientation:

  •   Accommodation to Others - Willing to meet the needs of other people
  •   Acceptance of Diversity - Tolerates others different from self
  •   Empathy - Shows understanding for the feelings and needs of others
  •   Multi-Tasking - Enjoys handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  •   Rapport - Socially at ease with others
  •   Accountability - Takes personal responsibility for results
  •   Integrity - Strong work ethic
