Aime Tetrault Personal and Executive Coach

Aimé Tétrault is an entrepreneur and businessman. He has served as a board member for Merchants Consolidated Limited, a national merchant’s buying and distribution group.

He owned and operated a building materials manufacturing, wholesale and retail operation, which, under his management, grew to four times its original size.

He worked as a Director of Sales and Business Development for a Western Canadian building material manufacturer. He was a business advisor in the Management Division of the Business Development Bank.

Following his passion for life long learning and personal growth he opened Custom Learning Systems MB Inc. with his partner Brain Lee, CSP in 1992. Custom Learning specializes in organizational change and leadership development. Aimé’s specialty is coaching leaders to increase their capacity and take effective action.

He is a graduate of Coach University and is licensed by Corporate Coach U as a Coaching Clinic Facilitator. Aimé is founding President of the Corporate and Personal Coach Association of Manitoba.

His passion in life is working with people, inspiring them to see things differently, discover and create new opportunities and ways to grow.
